Allan A. Fulsher

General Counsel

Allan Fulsher is the General Counsel for Truuli Environmental Inc. Previously Mr. Fulsher has acted as issuer counsel in public and private securities offerings of companies in various industries as well served as general counsel for various companies involved in the fields of venture capital, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, merchant banking, hedge funds, real estate finance, franchising, venture capital, and professional sports management. He has extensive experience in other private equity transactions, offerings, business acquisitions and sales, and general corporate representation. He has also served on the boards of directors of several private companies at various stages of development. Mr. Fulsher is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the State Bar of California. He has been practicing law in the Portland area since 1979.
